TERMS OF SERVICE

The Extension interacts with external, third-party web platforms, specifically IndiaMART (seller.indiamart.com), by automating programmatic user interactions (e.g., automated scanning and button clicking) based entirely on user-defined configurations.

  No Affiliation: The Company is entirely independent and holds no affiliation, endorsement, sponsorship, or official partnership with IndiaMART or its parent entities.

  Compliance with Third-Party Terms: You acknowledge that third-party platforms often explicitly prohibit the use of automated scripts, bots, scrapers, or programmatic clickers. Compliance with IndiaMART’s Terms of Service (ToS) is your sole responsibility.

  Indemnification against Account Action: The Company shall not be held liable under any circumstances for any administrative actions taken against your IndiaMART account. This includes, but is not limited to: account suspension, permanent bans, restriction of access, loss of leads, loss of revenue, or any direct/indirect financial damages resulting from the detection or use of this automation tool. You use this software entirely at your own risk.

  "As-Is" Provision: The Extension is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

  No Guarantee of Results: The Company does not guarantee that the extension will secure a specific volume of leads, operate error-free, uninterrupted, or remain compatible with future updates made by third-party websites.

  Cap on Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall the Company, its directors, employees, or agents be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages (including loss of profits, data, or goodwill) arising out of or connection with your use of the software. Our total cumulative liability to you for any claims arising out of this agreement shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to the Company in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

By purchasing a subscription, you explicitly agree to the following financial terms:

  Discounted Term Subscriptions: Long-term subscriptions (e.g., 12-month commitments priced at a promotional rate of ₹4,500, yielding an effective rate of ₹375/month) are heavily discounted in exchange for a time commitment.

  Early Termination Penalty: In the event of early termination, cancellation, or a requested refund prior to the completion of the agreed term, the promotional discount is retroactively invalidated. Any eligible refund will be calculated by charging the standard, non-discounted monthly baseline rate of ₹500/month for all active or partial months elapsed, plus a fixed administrative cancellation processing fee.

  Chargebacks and Disputes: Initiating an unauthorized chargeback or payment dispute with your bank without first contacting company support constitutes a breach of this contract and will result in the immediate, permanent termination of your software license.
